BIRDS...
Okay, I read something today that put things in perspective for me...even though I thought I already knew this but it struck a cord in my spirit in a way that caused me to see how powerful God really is. Everyday the birds get up and do what they were made to do, and everyday God is with them as they go about giving God glory. How are they giving God glory you ask...by doing what they were created to do...wow rite. They were made to fly, they were made to sing, not bark or speak. Everyday they get up and do what they were created to do, and God takes care of them. He makes sure they eat, He leads them to find the things they need to build them shelter. Now with a brain that isn't like ours they have the wisdom to trust God. The birds of the air are out praising us...Yes the ones that are created to speak about God's goodness and mercy. Some of us when we rise in the morning worry meets us head on. What will we eat? What will we wear? How will we pay this or that? How will we make it? Unlike the birds of the air we lack confidence in God and His provision. Creation has no brain but it has wisdom, the wisdom to know when it's time to change, and creation trusts God to make those changes. All four seasons surrenders to God's process. They don't argue about having more time, or break down because their season is over. Each season accomplish what they were called to accomplish, and proves God's wisdom and power in the things He's created. It's seems that we're the only things created that questions God's supernatural process. Let's make an honest effort to trust God like the birds, have wisdom like creation, and be open to change like the seasons.
