SACRIFICE...

It comes a point in all our lives were we give up something whether it's a bad habits, old friends, clothes etc...It comes a time that we all have to bite the bullet and let go...but when we willing give up something that we love or even like that's the real sacrifice. To be able to put our feelings aside and make the best decision for our lives or the lives of others...Sometimes its hard to smile when your world is turned upside down but when you make a sacrifice to smile no matter what...that sacrificial smile can help someone else that may be in the same situation...and your smile could give them hope for a better days. You see a sacrifice isn't without discomfort because if you were comfortable it won't be a sacrifice now would it? I've learned and learning to sacrifice myself...my discomfort for an others comfort...trusting in God that whatever is sacrificed will be returned in due time...You see a real sacrifice is pushed by faith...faith in knowing that our needs will be met just as we meet the needs of others...Let's not forget that a sacrifice is valuable to the one who's making the sacrifice...and it's not always money...it could be your time, your encouraging words, your love, your smile, your forgiving heart etc...so whatever we choose to give up let's remember the one who gave the ultimate SACRIFICE without any complaints...giving freely and loving openly...He SACRIFICED SO THAT WE MAY HAVE LIFE AND LIFE MORE ABUNDANTLY!
