EXCELLENCE
You can't be perfect you just can't...so stop it... for real just stop it...this is my very own pep talk...the pressure to be what everybody wants or expects you to can be overwhelming. Excellent behavior, beautiful perfect words they expect to form ever so lovely in of your mouth...well SIKE!!!...I'm so imperfect it's unreal. My thing is I do the best I can...I strive to be the best person I can be...I'm aware that my life, the way I live and even the way I think can help others...but I'm not perfect. We all have to be conscious to practice what we preach...if your thing is peace but every time something goes down there you are right in the middle...then those who look up to you and hang on to your every word will think it's okay to say one thing and do another. To do the right thing even when no one is looking says that you can be trusted and to me that's a person of excellence. Excellence to me doesn't mean without flaw...to me it means the best you got to offer...doing what needs to be done even when it's not your job, being good to ppl and not expecting anything in return, striving to keep all promises made or being wise enough not to make any...to me that's a person with excellent character. It's almost like obedience doing what your called to do no matter how you feel...taking the fact that you're a leader seriously...even though you never asked for an audience but being completely aware that you have one...being able to admit mistakes and using your mistakes as a testimony to helps others...YOU SEE NO ONE CAN BE EXCELLENT...BUT EVERYONE CAN BE EXCELLENT!!
